Terms of Service

ClipOps is an analytics and content-operations tool. It records short-form video assets, the posts made from them on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and performance metrics over time, and it produces comparisons, insights, and test recommendations from that data. It does not publish content, message anyone, or act on your accounts beyond reading the data you authorize.

You may connect only social-media accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping that authorization current and for disconnecting accounts you no longer have the right to manage.

Your use of TikTok, Instagram, and any other platform remains subject to that platform's terms, developer policies, and community guidelines. You are responsible for complying with them, including any rules on content ownership, licensing, and data use. ClipOps accesses platforms only through their official APIs and does not scrape platform websites.

ClipOps depends on third-party platform APIs that it does not control. Platforms may change, rate-limit, restrict, or discontinue their APIs, change which metrics they expose, require app review, or revoke access at any time. ClipOps makes no commitment that any platform integration, metric, or connection will remain available or unchanged.

Insights, scores, verdicts, and recommendations in ClipOps are derived from the data recorded in it using rule-based and statistical methods, and are provided for informational purposes only. ClipOps does not guarantee views, reach, engagement, follower growth, revenue, campaign outcomes, or any algorithmic performance on any platform, and does not claim knowledge of how any platform's recommendation systems operate.

You agree not to:

• connect accounts you are not authorized to manage or enter data you are not entitled to use;
• use ClipOps to violate any platform's terms or applicable law;
• attempt to access other users' data, circumvent security, or interfere with the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its data without permission.

ClipOps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, and background syncing may be delayed or paused. Manual data entry may be required when automatic syncing is unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of ClipOps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, followers, reach, data, or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use ClipOps, from decisions made in reliance on its insights, or from any platform's actions. ClipOps' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may disconnect any connected account or stop using ClipOps at any time; disconnecting deletes the stored authorization tokens. The operator may suspend or terminate access to ClipOps, or disconnect an account, if these terms are violated, if a platform requires it, or if the service is discontinued. Sections 4, 5, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the current version, and continued use of ClipOps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
